Carter's the best place to eat ever. When we travel I look forward to coming home to eat at Carter's. Lots of food served, friendly help. I just love the place!

Breakfast is great! I recommend the raspberry stuffed french toast. On Fridays the prime rib is exceptional. Place is cute, quite, and clean. Staff is friendly. Reccomend this place!
